Hollywood star George Clooney has opened up about performing in front of a live audience as he prepares for his Broadway debut. Clooney will star in the timely adaptation of Good Night, and Good Luck.
The actor currently resides with his human right lawyer wife Ama Clooney and their twins, Alexander and Ella, in New York City.
Previously the couple lived in South France but had to move because of Clooney’s preparation for the role.
Clooney opened up about his feelings while performing when his family is in audience.
“I’m not looking at them. I’m putting my wife in the very, very, very back”, said the 63-year–old on CBS 60 minutes.
The couple met in 2012 and got married two years later in Venice, Italy.
The Oscar-winning actor will make his Broadway debut as Edward R. Murrow in the stage adaptation of Good Night, and Good Luck at Broadway’s Winter Garden Theatre is spring.
The actor wrote the original screenplay in the early 2000s and has now co-written the Broadway adaptation as well.
