Chris Martin’s ‘manipulative’’ move to hold back Dakota Johnson from doing THIS

Coldplay star Chris Martin has been dating actress Dakota Johnson since 2017 and got engaged in 2020.

Dakota, famously known for her bold role as Anastasia Steele in the Fifty Shades trilogy, has been turning down roles that require intimate scenes because of her pop star fiancé.

The actress is reportedly “being manipulated” by her partner, according to RadarOnline, which is affecting her acting career.

The pop icon “insists” his partner spends all her time with him when he is not on the road, according to the source.

After the failure of Madame Web, Dakota was expected to strive to get her career back of track, however according to reports it has been obstructed by Chris who is not doing her career any favours by making these reservations.

“Dakota needs to be out there circulating socially and meeting new filmmakers and collaborators, not cooped up in Chris’ Malibu house for weeks on end.”

The couple was rumoured to be going through a rocky patch in their relationship last year which were quickly denied by their rep confirming they are still “happily together”.
