Prince Harry's life in the US might be in trouble as the judge in his US visa case announced a major update.
For the unversed, the Duke of Sussex is on the radar of the US think tank, The Heritage Foundation, as they raised questions about the former working royal's visa application in 2020 following his drug-taking confessions.
Notably, in his bombshell memoir Spare and Netflix series, Harry revealed that he took cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms.
According to Daily Mail, judge Carl Nichols announced the release of files that will indicate whether King Charles' son lied on his immigration paperwork or not.
Previously, the lawyers for the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed that three out of four forms will be released with redactions. The fourth one will remain private due to privacy reasons.
Judge Nichols said, "The government has provided the court with its proposed redactions to the documents…those redactions appearing appropriate, the government is ORDERED to lodge on the docket the redacted versions of those documents no later than March 18, 2025."
It is unclear whether US President Donald Trump will deport the Prince. But, the political figure recently said that he would not "order him out of the country" with a dig at Harry's wife Meghan, calling her "terrible."
