Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sanchez engaged after nearly 5 years together

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are putting a ring on it.

As reported via the Daily Mail, the Amazon executive has proposed to his journalist girlfriend while on vacation at his $ 500 million superyacht.

The pair were spotted packing on PDA on board ‘Koru’ across the weekend, where Sanchez tried her best to conceal the glistening diamond rock on her ring finger.

Koru, the second largest sailing ship in the world was handed over to the billionaire only last month.

In the pictures obtained, Bezos and Sanchez decked out in casual wear and enjoying the gleaming sun from the heights of Koru.

The couple had a tumultuous beginning to their relationship back in 2019 when their affair was made public and culminated at the end of their respective marriages at the time.

The bombshell story was published by the National Enquirer in January of the year, only a day after Bezos and his then-wife, Mackenzie Tuttle, 53, announced their separation after 25 years of marriage.

Sanchez also came clean of her extra-marital affair with her then-husband, Patrick Whitesell, 58, around the same time.

In rather ironic circumstances, the entrepreneur was introduced to the then Fox’s Good Morning LA anchor by Whitsell in 2016.
