Samara Weaven returns for deadly hide-and-seek game in 'Ready or Not 2'

Since 2019, Ready or Not: Here I Come’s familial carnage wasn’t enough for Grace, which is why 2025 brings a new terror-stricken sequel.

On Wednesday, December 3, Searchlight Pictures shared a new official trailer for Ready or Not 2: Here I Come.

The plot of the upcoming movie starts after Grace (Samara Weaving) barely escapes a full-scale assault by the Le Domas clan. She realises the horror isn’t over; she’s advanced to the next stage of the deadly game, this time forced to team up with her estranged sister, Faith (Kathryn Newton).

Now, she has one shot to survive, protect her sister, and seize the High Seat of the secret Council that runs the world. Four rival families are on the hunt for the same throne, and only the victor walks away with ultimate power.

The movie brings a cast including Samara Weaving, Kathryn Newton, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Shawn Hatosy, Néstor Carbonell, David Cronenberg, Elijah Wood, Kevin Durand, Olivia Cheng, Varun Saranga and Daniel Beirne.

Ready or Not 2: Here I Come premieres on April 10, 2026.
