Lizzo says all she wants to do is 'inspire people'

Lizzo took to her social media where she gave an inspirational message to fans and expressed her purpose.

"Somebody told me 'thank you for giving me a safe space to celebrate my health journey wins'. all I wanna do is inspire people to enjoy their bodies no matter what," wrote the singer.

Lizzo has faced criticism in the past for her weight, with people insisting she was "promoting obesity."

However, since she has begun to work on losing weight, she has been faced with backlash over going against the body positivity movement.
