Beyonce chased by 'crazy' fan in recent outing

Beyonce, who is currently headlining her Cowboy Carter Tour, was seemingly chased by a frantic fan during her outing in Paris.

The viral video raised concerns for the songstress which shows a man running behind her car until she waves by the end of the video.
