Shawn Mendes has given fans a peek into his texts with beau Camila Cabello.
The singer, who recently joined James Corden for a hilarious virtual Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts on Tuesday, had to eat gross food if he failed to reveal the last five messages he received from girlfriend Camila Cabello.
"You know how sick you guys at the ‘Late Show’ are? You shipped this to me. You refrigerated it and shipped it to me across America," he said as Corden just smiled. "That’s how sick you guys are," joked Shawn.
The singer basically had no choice but to either show his private conversation with his ladylove or eat a very disgusting ‘cow tongue.’
Well, as a surprise to many fans, Shawn made his choice and decided to read the last five texts the couple sent each other. The lovebirds were actually talking about the show.
"She said, 'Is it disgusting? How's it going? Ew. LOL.' I said, 'LOL, the interview was awesome but now I'm about to eat some gross stuff," Mendes said.
The host, who was waiting for some sizzle in the texts, seemed greatly disappointed as soon as the singer revealed his chat. Both of them later laughed it off and ended on a hilarious note.
