Joe Biden struggles with medical boot during latest Delaware speech

President-elect Joe Biden was spotted in a medical boot for his transition prep in Wilmington, Delaware.

Talking to the media, Biden revealed he feels much better after the accident last week. For the unversed, the 78-year-old slipped and twisted his foot while playing with his German Shepard, Major.

Biden's physician Dr. Kevin O'Connor said that "initial x-rays did not show any obvious fracture," but later examinations revealed hairline fractures in Biden's right foot.

O'Connor said that he anticipated Biden would likely "require a walking boot for several weeks."

The former vice-president wore the black boot, along with a face mask and a blue suit in his latest appearance at The Queen Theater in Wilmington, Delaware. The hall is just minutes away from Biden’s current residence.
