Joe Biden and Kamala Harris announce all-female communication team for White House

After the historical win in the elections of 2020, the Biden-Harris incoming government is already breaking the records and setting new history for the Americans.

For the first time in the history of the United States, the White House administration will have a complete female staff team, announced President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris on Sunday.

As reported by the Washington Post, the staff at the White House in the incoming government of Biden-Harris will be comprised entirely of female staff.

In an official statement, Biden, 78, said, "I am proud to announce today the first senior White House communications team comprised entirely of women. These qualified, experienced communicators bring diverse perspectives to their work and a shared commitment to building this country back better."

The White House communication team will include Jen Psaki as press secretary. Psaki had previously served as White House communications director and deputy White House press secretary during the Obama-Biden government.

Biden announced the senior communication team will be led by Kate Bedingfield. She served as communication expert during the Obama tenure and also as the deputy campaign manager and communications director for the Biden-Harris election campaign. Bedingfield will serve as White House communications director.
