Diana’s brother Charles Spencer reacts to Meghan Markle’s pregnancy loss

Prince Harry’s uncle Charles Spencer appeared on British talk show Lorraine and said his sympathies are with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

Meghan recently wrote an article for New York Times in which she revealed she suffered a miscarriage in July.

Reacting to the same, Spencer said, “It is, Lorraine [terribly sad]. I can’t imagine the agony for any couple of losing a child in this way.”

"It's so very, very sad. And of course, I totally agree with you, all thoughts with them today,” he added.

In her article, Meghan wrote, “I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second.

“Losing a child means carrying an almost unbearable grief, experienced by many but talked about by few,” she added.
