Selena Gomez's husband Benny Blanco reacts to her upcoming R-rated movie

Selena Gomez, who is currently working with Brady Corbet to bring an X-rated movie, The Origin of the World, come to life, has received a reaction from husband, Benny Blanco.

The pop star first started as a child star on Disney and has chosen everything in her career very carefully because of how she has been perceived.

Now, since the announcement of the movie, the audience has shown their dislikes and at present her husband's point of view has also been released.

The source revealed that unlike the viewers, the music producer is happy about his lover's upcoming project.

The insider stated, "Benny is proud of Selena and her decision to move forward with working on the film."

It was also disclosed that the Calm Down hit maker is looking forward to recognition as the agent said, "Selena is eager to win awards and be looked at as an actress with substance,"

"Being able to work on these movies that have an edge is something she sees as a means of extending her career," they added.

It is to be noted that Selena is set to star in a four-hour-long X-rated, or NC-17 movie, alongside Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender.
