Looks like Liam Hemsworth is stepping ahead from all the sad memories of his failed marriage with Miley Cyrus.

The Last Song actor has officially sold his 7.4 acre Malibu house, which he shared with estranged partner Cyrus for only $3.6 million — almost half of what he bought it for in 2014.

The unfortunate bargain is due to the Woolsey Fire that burned the house to the ground.

The property was originally bought for $6.8 million back in 2014. The house included a long driveway, a recording studio, a detached writing studio, a concrete barn, and a big grassy lawn.

Ex-wife Cyrus loved the place so much that she wrote her song Malibu about it. She even has a smaller house right next to this property that surprisingly survived the fire.
