'Black Panther 2' is finally happening

The highly anticipated sequel of Marvel's Black Panther 2 is finally getting a positive call, as its cast has been finalized.

The sequel was delayed after the tragic and sudden death of star Chadwick Boseman in August 2020. The planned production for March 2021 was halted as the filmmaker Ryan Coogler and Marvel mourn over his loss. The production took time to move forward with the much-awaited project.

As per media reports, Marvel has focused to start the shoot as the shooting has been shifted to July next year. Sources have mentioned that Mexican actor Tenoch Huerta, who gained fame for his role in Netflix’s Narcos: Mexico, may likely to play one of the villains, while, Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke and Angela Bassett are expected to return for the sequel.

Earlier, it was announced that Boseman’s character will not be included in the movie using CGI. However, it is not confirmed that if his character will narrate the story.
