Tom Brady has relaxed his notoriously strict diet due to the reality of life as a father, since he left the NFL.
According to CNBC, the seven-time Super Bowl winner said that moderation is the rule of his day.
He said, "I have kids and I have Halloweens and birthday parties and we're like a normal family, so I try to make really healthy choices as often as possible."
"But when you're watching football games and you're at games, you're travelling and you're in airports, I understand the reality of life as well," he added.
The 48-year-old former quarterback even told that he prepares Nutella-based treats to his children.
He noted, "When we were over in Milan for the (Winter) Olympics we were eating Nutella pizzas."
Brady, a Fox Sports analyst since he retired in 2022, has also been under the speculation of comeback.
He claimed that he had a notion of coming back to the NFL, which was rejected by the league since he is a minority shareholder of Las Vegas Raiders.
"I actually have inquired, and they don't like that idea very much," adding, "We explored a lot of different things, and I'm very happily retired."
He went on to recollect his last season with Tampa Bay Buccaneers as being tough because he was divorcing then-wife Gisele Bündchen at the time.
"It just took a lot out of me," he concluded.
