Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar pray for victim after son's arrest

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar took public stance after arrest involving their child Joseph.

For the unversed, he is accused in case tied to a 9-year-old girl. The famous couple chose this moment to respond directly though were quiet until now.

"Jim Bob and Michelle are heartbroken over this entire situation," a family representative told Page Six in a statement on Monday. 

"Right now, they are focused on loving their family and helping [his wife] Kendra and her children during this difficult time. They are praying for the victim."

A Tuesday arrest in Florida reported Joseph Duggar, 31, alleged of inappropriate behavior with a child.

The records show from local law enforcement, held now in a facility across state lines, he sits without seeing family or friends.

Facing separate legal issues in Arkansas, his wife Kendra Caldwell got taken into custody as well.

According to a close pal, "She's not suspected or accused of participating in his alleged crime."

Joseph and Kendra tied the knot back in 2017, and have four children together, Addison, six, Garrett, seven, Brooklyn Praise, five, and Littlest one is Justus, just turned three. 

Four kids fill their home, two boys, two girls. You’ll find Addison giggling between her brothers.

The family spokesperson added that the Duggar's "ask for privacy and appreciate the kind words and prayers offered by so many."
