Jennifer Aniston offers new details on ‘Morning Show’ Season 5
‘Friends’ star reveals what’s keeping her busy in her career at present
Jennifer Aniston has recently shared new details on upcoming season of The Morning Show.
The Friends star reveals that she’s currently busy filming fifth season of The Morning Show in a new interview with PEOPLE magazine.
“I've been in prep for the last few months, and especially the last few weeks, we have been in major script mode,” says the 57-year-old.
Murder Mystery actress adds that the new season “will probably take me through the end of summer”.
For those unversed, The Morning Show, which premiered first season in 2019, follows the story of a news anchors at the fictional station UBA.
The announcement that the series was renewed for a season was made in September 2025 prior to season 4 premiere.
Interestingly, Jennifer and Reese Witherspoon not only star in the show, but also serve as executive producers.
Besides Jennifer and Reese, other stars that are part of the upcoming season include Jon Hamm, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Karen Pittman and Nestor Carbonell, among others.
Meanwhile, The Morning Show Season 5 is expected to return sometime in 2027 on Apple TV.
