Shannen Doherty had been planning a special Charmed fan convention before her death, according to her longtime co-star Holly Marie Combs, who recently reflected on the late star’s creative ambitions.

Speaking on the House of Halliwell podcast, Combs shared that Doherty had “so many ideas brewing,” including the launch of a dedicated Charmed convention in the United States.

The initiative was part of a broader vision to celebrate the legacy of the hit supernatural series and reconnect with its loyal fanbase.

Combs revealed that Doherty’s plans extended beyond fan events, noting that the actress had also been developing concepts for new shows, scripts, and even a potential home brand.

According to People, she described her late friend as a constant source of inspiration, adding that Doherty’s drive and creativity continued even during her battle with cancer.

Doherty, best known for her role as Prue Halliwell in Charmed, died in July 2024 at the age of 53 after a long illness.

Despite her health struggles, she remained actively involved in creative projects and maintained close ties with her co-stars.

Reflecting on the unfulfilled plans, Combs expressed regret that many of Doherty’s ideas were never realized, suggesting that the actress would have continued to push forward with multiple projects had she lived.
