Brenda Song reveals her horrible experience with Alaska Airline

Brenda Song has recently lashed out at Alaska Airlines for the inconvenience she experienced while travelling.

The Suite Life of Zack and Cody alum declared that she would never fly the airline again after claiming her family’s seats were given up without any warning.

“I didn’t know when you book your first-class tickets six months in advance for your family of six for your son’s birthday — @alaskaair can just give away your seats the morning of with no warning — splitting up you and your 3 and 4 year old kids,” wrote the 37-year-old on her Instagram Stories on March 22.

Brenda concluded with pointed message, “We will never fly @alaskaair again and neither should you.”

Few hours after the Running Point actress revealed her travel horror story on social media, her fiancé Macaulay Culkin, with whom she two sons, reposted her complaints to his Instagram Stories, stating, “Hell hath no fury like a Brenda scorned…”

Meanwhile, a representative for Alaska Airlines told PEOPLE in a statement that Brenda and her family’s experience was “unacceptable and not reflective of the care” they strive to provide.

“Travelling can be stressful, especially with young children, and we pride ourselves on being a top airline for traveling families,” said the spokesperson.

However, they mentioned, “We are deeply sorry for adding friction to the experience.”

The airline further said that they have “reached out to the family to make it right”.
