Savannah Guthrie shares message of hope amid search for missing mother

Savannah Guthrie has shared an emotional message of hope as the search for her missing mother, Nancy Guthrie, stretches into its seventh week.

Nancy was last seen on January 31 after being dropped off at her home in Tucson, Arizona. 

Authorities believe she may have been abducted overnight, with surveillance footage reportedly showing a masked individual near her residence.

In a recent update, Guthrie expressed gratitude for the support her family has received while maintaining faith amid the uncertainty. 

According to People, sharing messages rooted in belief and resilience, she reiterated her hope that her mother will be found, writing sentiments such as “I believe” on social media.

Guthrie and her siblings have also made public appeals to the local community, urging residents to revisit any details, no matter how small, from the days surrounding Nancy’s disappearance. 

Moreover, investigators believe even minor information could prove critical to the case.

Law enforcement officials have indicated that the case is being treated as a potential targeted kidnapping, though specific motives have not been disclosed.

As per the outlet, authorities, including the FBI and local sheriff’s department, continue to follow leads as the investigation remains ongoing.
