Ryan Gosling has recently shared incredible moment that involves Tom Cruise on the set of Shawn Levy’s Star Wars: Starfighter movie.
The Barbie star recounted the incident when the Top Gun actor came on the set of upcoming Star Wars movie during an appearance on latest episode of Josh Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused podcast.
“I wasn’t there! It’s the one day I’m not there,” said Ryan while speaking of Tom.
Project Hail Mary actor mentioned, “I worked on that movie the whole time, I get one day off and Shawn sends me a picture of him and Tom and star Flynn Gray. They’re, like, in the mud. I was like, ‘What?'”
The three-time Oscar-nominated actor revealed Tom “flew his helicopter onto set. They were just shooting, and they heard a helicopter, they had to cut”.
“It was Tom Cruise. He lands in the middle of set. He takes a camera, and he just starts shooting the action scene,” pointed out Ryan.
The Notebook actor noted that it was “an incredible moment”.
“I don’t know why he waited for the one day I wasn’t there. I’m gonna hope that was an accident,” added Ryan.
Meanwhile, Ryan’s upcoming Star Wars movie is slated to release on May 28, 2027.
