The Pussycat Dolls, which consists of members Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts, marked their reunion without Carmit Bachar who claimed that she was not contacted.
In the social media post, the 51-year-old vocalist dished that she was unaware that the girl group was releasing new music and announcing a tour.
Referring to this, an interviewer for Today asked the trio about the singer who was apparently blindsided’s comments about the comeback snub when an awkward moment occurred.
Nicole started off by saying, “Well, I mean, listen — we are just, so, as women today …,” before trailing off, and was noticeably momentarily at a loss for words.
“I mean, it has been an ever-changing lineup, and this is what it looks like now in 2026, “You never know what comes next. Ultimately, we’ve got to protect our peace, and when something like The Pussycat Dolls has so much history …” Kimberly interrupted to say.
The 44-year-old added that the band has ruptured in the past and is currently on the path of repair and recovery and are all on the same page about it.
Nicole then took her turn to finish her thought, saying that she wanted to note that they have a lot of love and respect for the women who have been part of the band and its legacy emphasising once a doll, always a doll.
