Kendra Duggar joins husband Joseph Duggar in facing criminal charges

Joseph Duggar recently made headlines for the shocking charges and arrest regarding the molestation of a 9-year-old girl, but now his wife Kendra Duggar is also facing charges.

The former 19 Kids and Counting actor’s charges have increased in the ongoing investigation into the case, with misdemeanor also being announced as per a press release by the Tontitown Police Department on Friday.

As per the statement, the 27-year-old has an arrest warrant against her on four counts each of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, and second-degree false imprisonment.

“This remains an active and ongoing investigation,” the officials said, revealing that the Arkansas law limits the amount of information they can make public about the case, since it involves minors.

“To protect the integrity of the investigation and the privacy of those involved, no further details will be provided at this time,” the department added.

Meanwhile Kendra’s husband Joseph has admitted to his crimes and was previously charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim less than 12 years old, and lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person 18 years or older.

Notably, the disgraced actor’s brother Josh Duggar has been convicted receiving and possessing material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, also known as child sexual abuse material, in 2021 including sexual abuse of five girls.
