Nicole Kidman’s recent linkup rumour a ‘nightmare’ for Keith Urban

Nicole Kidman’s recent linkup with Scarpetta co-star Simon Baker is like a “nightmare come true” for ex-husband Keith Urban.

The Australia actress oozed chemistry when she graced the red carpet with Simon at the new series’ premiere event in New York.

After this new alleged relationship, Keith, who finalises divorce with Nicole in January 2026, felt “threatened” by Simon dating speculations.

According to Woman’s Day, a source revealed that seeing “Nicole and Simon holding hands was the equivalent of seeing his best mate with his missus and it did a number on him”.

Another insider told the outlet that Keith “knew it was natural for her to lean on Simon”.

“He was also there for Naomi [Watts] after her split from Live,” they explained.

However, the source noted that the “difference is back then Simon wasn’t single”.

A second source pointed out that Keith “is hoping they’re just hamming it up for headlines”.

They continued, “But even then, it feels to him like it’s a betrayal.”

“Because both Nicole and Simon know how much even the hint of a romance between them will hurt him,” said an insider.

Keith doubted that Nicole and Simon were reportedly “getting close while filming” adding, “this is his worst nightmare come true”.
