Legal issues of Grace Lilly, renowned for Southern Hospitality are piling up.

The 27-year-old hospitality star, who was hospitalized in the Deep South, was arrested on Tuesday on charge of possession of a drug in as per Charleston County jail the second brush with the law within three months. 

Jail records indicate that she was loaded March 10 and bonded on a $10,575 personal recognizance bond and due in court May 1 .

Page Six reached out to her representatives, however there was no response.

The arrest in December was a colorful one. Police officers stopped her on harassment warrant and discovered a bag.

The bag had happy pills in it, which was exclusively revealed by Page Six at the time and was arrested on Monday at 1:40 a.m. released in afternoon.

The 12 white pills with P imprints and a half blue were explained by Lily to the police the blue was Xanax and the whites were birth control.

However, she could not provide evidence and did not even know what the brand was. 

The pills were confiscated to undergo tests. The event was registered as a violation of the drugs/narcotics.

Lilly also had an Instagram Story selfie in which she was heading to meet with Marty Supreme, hours before that arrest. 

Following release, she published a bikini photo captioned by her, "Wavy Baby".

Southern Hospitality season 4 started on March 4 and is currently in progress on Bravo

It is being speculated as whether this new arrest will affect her plot line or not is yet to be discovered.
