Heidi Klum has the ability to do everything and has made her first candid discussion about her neuro developmental diagnosis.
In a recent interview with Glamour Germany published on Wednesday, the 52-year-old supermodel spoke about her ADHD, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.
"I see ADHD as something positive because it allows me to do more things at once. It's my superpower," the mother of four noted.
The host of Project Runway and television star who is also a queen of Halloween, claimed that the diagnosis is essentially the reason behind her legendary work ethic.
"I'm very hyperactive because of my ADHD. I can do a thousand different things at once. I work on many projects simultaneously and keep taking on more," she explained.
In the summer of 2025, PEOPLE reported Klum saying that she is a "workaholic, control freak", and she is not slowing down. When she reached her 50s, she is closing down the out-of-date age related expectations.
She stated, "The biggest misconception about being in your 50s is that you are off the shelf. You're not off the shelf."
Continuing, "We are very much on that shelf for everyone to see. Don't hide in your 50s. Beauty is ever-changing, and I'm here for the change. If it's always the same, life is boring."
For Klum, ADHD is not a disability but an energy source, which she is employing to continue doing everything at its best.
