Sheryl Underwood has revealed she reached out to Sharon Osbourne after the death of Ozzy Osbourne, insisting that despite their infamous on-air feud, there’s still “some love” between them.

The 62-year-old comic and talk show host spoke candidly on The View on Tuesday.

She reflected on the fallout from their heated clash in 2021 on The Talk

“I tried to reach out when Ozzy passed. I love her,” Sheryl said.

“Sometimes you find out, your co-workers, your colleagues… you don’t sit next to somebody for that amount of time and don’t have no love.”

She admitted that she didn’t make contact during their initial feud because she was “afraid” of being misunderstood.

“In the business we’re in, your voicemail will show up somewhere or be misinterpreted.

I’d rather be quiet than continue to hurt people. I’ma have to face God one day,” she explained.

Their 2021 clash erupted over Sharon defending friend Piers Morgan’s controversial remarks following Meghan Markle’s Oprah interview.

The confrontation became intense, with the 73-year-old star later describing it as “the ugliest thing I’ve ever been through” and admitting she felt “blacklisted” and traumatised.

Sharon also said she had apologised to Sheryl for her words during the feud.

“I love Sheryl, I’ve apologised… she’s not gotten back and I can understand. Sheryl needs her time,” she told Closer UK.
