Alex Warren to headline Super Bowl halftime 2027? Fact check

Alex Warren, whose track ranked top in 2025 global charts, made the headlines after there were reports of him headlining Super Bowl 2027.

The 25-year-old singer rose to fame after he released Ordinary based on his real-life love story with wife Kouvr Annon.

However, a report divided the internet in to a frenzy about the musician headlining the halftime in the next season.

One of the X user debated that Alex will perform with “one hit song,” claiming that he was “unknown” before the song came out.

Another netizen poked fun at the musician by noting that he would be singing the same track, “speed up, acoustic, reverb, slowed, club mix.”

It is to be noted that the Grammy winner’s announcement as the headliner is a false claim that was originally posted by a parody account.

The post garnered massive attention from the online community as it was acknowledged by 1.5k users and nearly 800k views on the platform.

Meanwhile, the Before You Leave Me songmaker recently released FEVER DREAM on February 26 and its music video which featured Paris Hilton.

Was Ordinary a success?

On the other hand, his track Ordinary became record-breaking last year after it became “the longest-running UK No.1.”

The song landed number one for several weeks after its release on February 7, 2025.
