Gwen Stefani has revealed that her journey to becoming a mum for the third time was nothing short of miraculous, and faith played a huge part.

The 56-year-old singer opened up about turning to Christianity after striking up deep conversations with a former “atheist Jew” who had converted to Judaism.

Those chats, she says, started “waking [her] up” at a time when she was desperate to have another child.

“I really wanted to have another baby. I really did. I couldn’t, and I was old,” Gwen admitted during a chat on Hallow: Prayer and Meditation on YouTube.

In 2013, No Doubt star's eldest son Kingston, now 19, reportedly asked for a sibling when he was just eight, and she told him: “I’m sorry, your mommy is too old to have a baby.”

But just weeks later, she discovered she was pregnant with Apollo, her son with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, at 44.

Describing Apollo’s birth as a “full-on gift” and “the first miracle,” Gwen reflected on the pressure she felt at the time to fully understand her new faith.

“It’s almost scary because the more you know, the more fear you get… I’ve got to be a real Christian! I’m not gonna make it,” she said.

Hollaback Girl hitmaker shares Kingston, 19, Zuma, 17, and Apollo, 12, with Gavin, whom she married in a Catholic church in 2002 before divorcing 14 years later.

Their marriage was reportedly annulled in 2021, the same year she wed country singer Blake Shelton.

Shelton, 49, recently laughed off divorce rumours, joking about the endless media speculation over their relationship.
