Pink has been forced to cancel her highly anticipated Mexico City concerts, leaving fans devastated.
The 46-year-old superstar was set to light up the GNP Seguros Stadium on April 26 and 27, but promoter Ocesa confirmed the shows are off due to circumstances “beyond the control of the artist.”
Taking to X, Ocesa explained: “We regret to inform the public in Mexico City that, due to complications arising from an unforeseen event affecting the event’s logistics and beyond the control of the artist, promoter, and venue, PINK’s shows scheduled for April 26 and 27… will not take place.”
Refunds are already in motion, with online buyers automatically credited and box office purchasers able to claim their money back.
Fans were quick to express their disappointment online, with many sharing memories from Pink’s previous tours.
For the unversed, it's not the first time Just Give Me a Reason singer has had to cancel shows.
In 2024, she ended the final four dates of her tour early after performing with a torn bicep and two torn meniscus injuries.
At the time, she posted a heartfelt apology, writing: “You deserve to be acknowledged and seen and cared for… I did my absolute damndest to make it to every city I signed up for… I’m really sorry. I hope one day to make it up to you.”
Despite the setbacks, Pink’s commitment to her fans has always shone through.
Her resilience and honesty have won her legions of supporters, many of whom continue to rally behind her, offering messages of love and encouragement.
