A group of beloved Harry Potter stars delighted fans with a mini reunion this week, as several members of the iconic film franchise crossed paths both on the football field and the theatre stage.
Oliver Phelps, Gary Oldman and David Bradley were all spotted attending the football clash between Aston Villa and Chelsea F.C., where they appeared in high spirits while catching up during the match.
The actors are well known to fans of the wizarding franchise. Phelps famously portrayed George Weasley, while Oldman played Sirius Black, Harry Potter’s loyal godfather, and Bradley appeared as Hogwarts caretaker Argus Filch throughout the film series.
Moreover, Oldman first joined the franchise in 2004’s Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, becoming one of the most memorable characters in the story.
Meanwhile, another reunion moment unfolded in the theatre world. Tom Felton, who portrayed Draco Malfoy in the films, attended a Broadway performance by Daniel Radcliffe to show support for his former co-star’s latest stage production.
As per Daily Mail, Radcliffe rose to global fame as the title character in the eight Harry Potter films and has since built a successful stage career, including several acclaimed Broadway performances.
Furthermore, fans of the franchise were thrilled to see the actors reconnect years after the series ended.
