Jesy Nelson has shared a touching video of her twin daughters holding hands, offering fans a glimpse of a tender moment amid the family’s ongoing health battle.

The 34-year-old singer posted the emotional clip on social media, showing her daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, lying together in a double buggy and gently clutching each other’s hands.

The sweet moment, accompanied by the song Stand By Me, quickly captured the hearts of fans online.

Nelson welcomed the twins in May 2025 with music producer Zion Foster.

According to Daily Mail, the babies were born prematurely at 31 weeks following a high-risk pregnancy complicated by twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome.

Earlier this year, the singer revealed that both girls had been diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy type 1 (SMA1), a rare genetic condition that weakens muscles by damaging motor nerve cells in the spinal cord.

Moreover, the disease can severely affect movement, breathing and swallowing.

Despite the heartbreaking diagnosis, Nelson has remained open with fans about the realities of caring for her daughters.

As per the outlet, she previously admitted that receiving special medical equipment for the twins, including feeding chairs, left her in tears as it highlighted the challenges ahead.

Furthermore, doctors have warned that the girls may never walk or regain neck strength, though they have already received a crucial gene therapy treatment aimed at slowing the progression of the condition.
