The arrest was issued on the same day when a judge gave Spears a permanent restraining order against a 51-year-old Louisiana man named Donald.

The stranger had been harassing her since 2013 online and had been arrested in 2025 after trespassing in her residence.

As it is claimed in the court documents, Donald exhibited some unusual behaviour and made a number of incoherent remarks when deputies found him on her property.
