Megan Fox claps back at sceptic calling her 'clone'

Megan Fox has finally returned to her long-awaited social media presence, but fans claimed that the last photos on Instagram showed a clone of Megan.

The 39-year-old Jennifer, a star of horror/ comedy Jennifer's Body, was back on Instagram on Tuesday after a two-month hiatus.

The mother of four shared a carousel of pictures in a black cropped tee and matching thong, with the text, "I am alive. New pics just dropped."

Although the post excited her 21 million followers, one sceptic did not buy it and commented, "This isn't Megan. This is a Clone."

Fox responded in real time with iconic fashion by saying, "B---h, a clone could never."

The joke, which is now viral on the Internet, did a good job of shutting down conspiracy theorists and demonstrating the star's typical humour. 

Even her ex-fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, who is father to her 14-month-old daughter, Saga Blade, chimed in on this, saying, "Stoked I have your phone number."

The jocular conversation is despite Fox's history of being honest with herself. 

She acknowledged in an earlier candid talk during an interview with Sports Illustrated on a cover feature that she has body dysmorphia. 

"I have body dysmorphia. I don’t ever see myself the way other people see me. There is never a point in my life where I loved my body, ever ever."

The American actress who will mark her forties in May is confidently owning her narrative.
