Heidi Klum reflects on 'sexy' Industry stigma during first pregnancy

Heidi Klum, the German-American model and television host has confessed that a client had cancelled her services during pregnancy.

However, the 52-year-old recently claimed that she was seen with the perspective that motherhood was unsexy. 

For the unversed, Klum has frequently been branded as sexy in her career, especially when she was a Victoria Secret Angel, and was dubbed the Body, a name she is well known for.

This left the veteran star being heartbroken while carrying her eldest, Leni Klum, who is the daughter to businessman Flavio Briatore.

"I was defined before children as being a sexy woman, and now with a child, as being a mom. That I no longer deserved to have that title." 

In an interview with Paper magazine, Klum shared another challenge that the model who is also a mom of three kids with her former husband Seal, revealed was working during pregnancy.

Moreover, in Project Runway finding stylish maternity clothes was also difficult at the time. 

This fight was further an impetus to the beauty mogul to start her own line of pregnancy fashion.

Nevertheless, Klum claimed that she did not need her pregnancy to be secret and still attended TV with pride. 

Klum further joked that it is like having a Gemini split personality a half is concerned with home life and the other half is occupied with her hectic work life as a supermodel and actress.
