Owen Cooper has just added on to his pile of accolades with the 2026 Actor Awards, continuing his impressive and historic sweep.

The Adolescence actor beat out Jason Bateman (Black Rabbit), Stephen Graham (Adolescence), Charlie Hunnam (Monster: The Ed Gein Story), and Matthew Rhys (The Beast in Me) and won in the Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series category.

However, the 16-year-old couldn’t be in Los Angeles to receive the award, so presenters Damson Idris and Yerin Ha accepted the award on his behalf with the F1 actor joking "Owen couldn't be here so I'll be taking this home, thank you."

Owen, with his latest win has now become the youngest winner in the history of the Actor Awards, leaving behind Kate Winslet who previously held the record.

The actor has now achieved the American quartet of television awards in the category, winning the prestigious Emmy, Golden Globe and Critics Choice awards.

Owen’s talent and impressive achievements and talent was also lauded on social media platforms like X, with netizens writing remarks such as “Bro unlocked all achievements before unlocking a driver’s license.”

“That's a crazy flex for a 16 years old! I enjoyed his acting so much in "adolescence" congratsss!!” a second wrote, as a third added “He mastered the game before he even hits his his [sic] prime.”
