Bridgerton stars Katie Leung and Isabella Wei have weighed in on the possibility of returning for future seasons of the popular Regency-era drama after making their debut in Season 4.

In an exclusive interview with People, the actors said they would be happy to revisit their characters if the show’s creative team finds a place for them in upcoming installments.

Leung portrays the formidable Lady Araminta Gun, whose social ambitions culminated in a dramatic fallout in Season 4.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old Wei plays Posy, Araminta’s youngest daughter, who remains loyal to Sophie even after her family’s misdeeds come to light.

Both actresses described the fan response to their roles as overwhelmingly positive, noting particularly strong support for Posy’s character.

“I’d love to,” Wei said about returning, adding that the project and her co-stars have made the experience “so great.”

Moreover, Leung echoed that sentiment, though she acknowledged that her character’s arc, including the social consequences she faced, leaves creative questions about where Araminta might fit into future narratives.

As per the outlet, Leung suggested that a new romantic storyline or significant personal development could be one way to bring Araminta back, joking that her character “needs a bit of love in her life, or a third husband, or a grandchild!”

With Bridgerton already renewed for additional seasons, fans are eager to see how storylines develop and whether the Penwood family will reappear amid the ton’s evolving romances.
