Lisa Rinna acknowledged that she was not attracted to her husband, Harry Hamlin, but was slightly scared during the first interactions.
During a 92NY event, the 62-year-old candidly spoke about her memoir You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It.
The Traitors star noted her meeting with Hamlin way back in 1992, though they were poorly timed initially.
The duo reunited months later, and both were single. However, when the L.A. Law actor asked her to go on a Christmas trip to Aspen, she was not impressed.
Rinna went on to describe, “I was kind of freaked out, to be honest, because he was such a big star at the time.”
“He was on LA Law. He'd been married to Nicolette [Sheridan] and it was overwhelming. So I didn't see myself in that league,” she marked.
Moreover, the veteran star recounted, “Then he called me for two weeks straight in Medford. He had invited me to go to Aspen for Christmas. I was like, 'That's creepy.'”
The American actor and author's consistency was what eventually got her to his side.
“I think that's what finally got me to open up… he's so smart and he's kind and he's a great human.”
For the unversed, Rinna and Hamiln married and have been together for 29 years.
Rinna attributes their enduring relationship to one factor: they were both very lucky to find each other.
