Madonna made a high-profile appearance at Milan Fashion Week’s Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 2026/2027 runway show on Saturday, drawing attention both for her presence and her distinctive front-row fashion.

The 67-year-old singer arrived at the Spazio Metropol to watch the Italian luxury brand’s latest collection, which leaned heavily into dark, refined silhouettes reflective of Dolce & Gabbana’s signature aesthetic. 

According to Daily Mail, Madonna sat alongside fashion luminaries, including British media executive Anna Wintour, reinforcing her status as a fixture in the industry’s most influential circles.

For the event, Madonna chose a dramatic all-black outfit that blended a structured corset-style dress with tailored elements, echoing themes from the runway.

Moreover, she accented the look with bold blue leather gloves and oversized sunglasses, making a striking contrast against the monochrome ensemble.

Her attendance highlighted a decades-long creative relationship with designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, a bond that traces back to her tours in the late 20th century.
