Ozzy Osbourne will take centre stage one final time as he is set to be honoured with a Lifetime Achievement award at this year’s BRIT Awards, months after his heartbreaking death.

The legendary rocker, who passed away on July 22, 2025 aged 76, will be celebrated for his seismic impact on modern music at the star-studded ceremony on Saturday.

With his unmistakable voice, wild-eyed stage presence and devil-may-care attitude, Ozzy Osbourne didn’t just front a band but he also helped shape heavy metal and inspired generations of artists across the globe.

Stacey Tang, chair of the 2026 BRIT Awards Committee and co-president of RCA Records, described him as “a mighty force in modern music”.

She also praised a legacy built on fearless originality and enduring influence.

In an emotional tribute, Ozzy’s devoted widow, Sharon Osbourne, has curated a powerful all-star performance in his honour.

It's worth noting that, Adam Wakeman, Robert Trujillo, Tommy Clufetos and Zakk Wylde will take to the stage, alongside surprise guest Robbie Williams.

This will add an unexpected pop twist to the night.

For those unfamiliar, Prince of Darkness died after suffering a heart attack following years of health struggles, including his Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2019.
