Zara Larsson has unabashedly taken a dig at musical artists she does not listen to, as well as revealing why they are off her list.

The Lush Life named the convicted Chris Brown as one of the singers she has crossed off of her list, dishing that it contributed to the snub.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan in their segment of Cheap Shots, the Swedish singer was asked about one artist they would never find on a playlist of hers.

Zara replied “There’s so many artists I’ve blocked on Spotify,” with a laugh, adding “And all of them are like, abusers. You certainly wouldn’t find, like, a Chris Brown song.”

Chris has faced multiple run-ins with the law, with one of his most notable controversies being the domestic violence he pleaded guilty to, after assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna, after which more allegations were piled on him as victims came forward.

Notably, the Stateside collaborator has also been vocal about her views on social and political matters, denouncing political violence and Immigrants and Customs Enforcement raids.

Zara’s move and public scrutiny of the rapper was celebrated by fans, who also brought up his actions and renewed widespread condemnation.
