Kurt Russell, renowned for his versatile career, has candidly shared how he feels as he ages.

The veteran star will mark a major milestone with gratitude as he turns 75 on March 17. 

The American actor said he is just happy to be in good health and alive to come this far before his birthday.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Russell, when asked voiced his low-key celebration plans, as he joked, “I don't know, a beer."

He went on to mark, "We had a big Christmas, and our birthdays just come and go, but I'm looking forward to it."

Continuing, "It's a big number, and I'm happy to be here, feeling healthy.”

The Monarch: Legacy of Monsters artist has spent over four decades with his long-term partner, Goldie Hawn.

Since 1983, the couple never married, and this decision has made their relationship even stronger.

Earlier in 2024, Hawn openly discussed the key to their successful love affair during an interview with E! News.

He said that intimacy gives one a closeness that creates kindness, adding, “You have to be nice to each other upon occasion.”

During the Dan Buettner Podcast, Hawn talked about the reason why they never tied the knot.

The 81-year-old American actress stated, “If I'm a bird and you leave the cage door open, I may never fly out… It's a freedom of self.”

At the age of 75, Russell appears to be grateful, healthy, and free which appears to be at the core of their lifelong love.
