Donald Trump threatens Netflix with demand to ‘fire’ board member

Donald Trump took to social media to add to his fiery rants, this time targeting one of Netflix’s board members, Susan Rice.

The President of the United States appeared to be responding to her comments, which pertained to politics and to the steaming platform’s attempts to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery’s studios and streaming businesses for $83 billion.

Taking to his platform, Truth Social, the 79-year-old wrote, “Netflix should fire racist, Trump Deranged Susan Rice, IMMEDIATELY, or pay the consequences. She’s got no talent or skills - Purely a political hack!”

“HER POWER IS GONE, AND WILL NEVER BE BACK. How much is she being paid, and for what??? Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DJT,” Trump added.

The businessman had attached a screenshot of Laura Loomer who had reported that Rice was “threatening half of the country with weaponized government and political retribution.”

It stemmed from the former UN ambassador’s remarks on a podcast, in which she said that establishments might have to face an accountability agenda if the Democrats were to win the midterm elections, if they had skirted around laws during the Trump administration.
