Jennifer Aniston and her new man Jim Curtis are proving that love isn’t about avoiding arguments, it’s about knowing how to fix them.
The 55-year-old former Friends star has been quietly dating the 50-year-old health and wellness expert for several months.
It seems the pair have already laid down some ground rules for keeping their romance on track.
Speaking on the Ced with Intention podcast, Jim candidly admitted that spending so much time together can cause the odd “flare up”.
But instead of storming out or giving each other the silent treatment, the couple choose to talk it through.
“We can either be silent or angry… or we can say, ‘Hey, this is what happened and I’m sorry,’” he shared.
“Repair is part of it.”
In fact, the pair reportedly discussed how they’d handle conflict before any major rows even happened.
From deciding whether they need ten minutes alone to agreeing not to go to bed on bad terms, they’ve “pregamed” their approach to love.
For those unfamiliar, Jennifer was first linked to Jim in July 2025 when they were spotted looking cosy on a yacht in Mallorca.
Introduced by mutual friends, their connection grew slowly, with Jim revealing they chatted for a long time before becoming close.
Months on, nearly a year, by his account, it seems communication is their ultimate relationship superpower.
