In a new Netflix docuseries, Being Gordon Ramsay, the new father-in-law, described the Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, as an amazing young man.
His daughter Holly Ramsay Peaty, got married to the three time Olympic champion in a celebrity-filled wedding that was held in the Bath Abbey in December, 2025.
The marriage was after family tension was reported when the mother of the bride was reportedly not invited during the hen party of the bride.
The six-part documentary trails Ramsay as he is about to roll out his great hotel launch at 22 Bishopsgate where he opens three restaurants, a bar and a cooking school.
The cameras also shot the announcement of Holly and Adam to the Ramsay family about their engagement.
In part two, the 59-year-old chef remarked, “He’s a gent, an absolute thoroughbred. To see her walk down the aisle is going to be pretty incredible.”
Peaty and his son were welcomed into the family by Ramsay who said he could not be happier.
The 31-year-old, who is a six time Olympic winner, said that requesting the parents of Holly to allow him to marry her was daunting but memorable.
In an emotional involvement speech, he thanked Ramsay and said that he was very glad that his father-in-law did not say no.
As per the swimmer who allegedly met Holly at the Strictly Come Dancing in 2021 during her sister, Tilly, claimed that to get married to Holly is to get married to the family, which he evidently accepts.
Notably, Peaty was previously in a relationship with Eirianedd Munro and the pair have a five-year-old son, George-Anderson.
