Raye has addressed the recent mishap from her February 15 concert, in which several fans were turned away from her concert.

During her performance at the Accor Arena in Paris, 65 of the British singer’s fans could not attend due to some issues with the ticket sales and distribution company, Ticketmaster.

After the show the Where Is My Husband! singer took to social media to address the situation, apologise to fans and compensate them.

"I am completely devastated for the 65 ticket holders who were turned down from entering our Paris show on Sunday night. This is completely unacceptable and wrong," Raye, whose real name is Rachel Keen, wrote in the beginning of the statement.

The four-time Grammy nominee revealed that she has been informed that Ticketmaster experienced a system error in which the tickets were not fully validated at the time of the purchase.

She added that she had no control over this but that it has upset and dissapointed her nonetheless.

"I know everyone affected was refunded and given a voucher from Ticketmaster, but I’d like to offer all of these 65 people who didn’t get in to the show complimentary tickets to any Raye future show of their choice and a signed vinyl, you will [be] contacted shortly about this," Raye added.

Notably, the Escapism singer was praised for the kind gesture by netizens, which she believes doesn’t even remotely make up for the mess, adding eventually that she was deeply sorry.
