Harry Styles is swapping the stadium spotlight for the stage of London’s iconic Southbank Centre as he curates the 2026 Meltdown Festival.
The 32-year-old pop sensation, fresh off the buzz of his upcoming album Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally, will handpick a line-up for the venue’s 75th anniversary, promising a musical feast fans won’t forget.
“I’m deeply honoured to curate the Meltdown festival, especially for the Southbank Centre’s 75th anniversary year,” Harry said.
“My goal is to share the music and art that I love, and celebrate the rich history of this incredible venue.”
Running from June 11–21, the full bill is set to be revealed this spring, but insiders hint at a mix of surprise collaborations and genre-bending acts.
Mark Ball, the venue’s artistic director, called the As It Was singer “one of the most iconic British artists.”
While Jane Beese, Head of Contemporary Music, praised his “openness, warmth and instinct for collaboration,” saying the festival will “reflect the breadth, playfulness and generosity of his artistic world.”
The former One Direction star joins a legendary roll-call of Meltdown curators, following the likes of David Bowie, Patti Smith, Nick Cave, and Yoko Ono.
The festival comes just ahead of his massive Together, Together stadium tour, which kicks off in May, taking him from London’s Wembley Stadium to New York’s Madison Square Garden and beyond.
