Amy Schumer turned heartbreak into humour this Valentine’s Day.
The 44-year-old actress unveiled a brutally honest “crying corner” while navigating life post-split from husband Chris Fischer.
The Trainwreck star, who confirmed in December that her seven-year marriage was over, marked February 14 with a tongue-in-cheek Instagram Stories post.
Amy told fans: “Give yourself all the love today. Happy vday,” standing beneath bunting reading “crying corner”.
It's worth noting that she first broke the news of the split with a candid post set to I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For by U2.
She admitted that the pair had made the “difficult decision” to part ways but would remain focused on raising their six-year-old son, Gene.
In true Amy fashion, she couldn’t resist cracking jokes, insisting her recent weight loss or Chris being a “hot James Beard Award-winning chef who can still pull some hot tail” weren’t to blame.
“Amicable and all love and respect! Family forever,” she wrote.
For the unversed, the former couple tied the knot in a star-studded Malibu ceremony in 2018, with guests including Jennifer Aniston and Larry David.
