New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs has offered his first social media response since the Patriots’ 29-13 defeat by the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl LX, posting a series of cryptic quotes on Instagram focusing on resilience, gratitude and faith, and notably disabling comments on the post.

The move comes amid intense public speculation about his relationship with Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B, with fans noting that the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram shortly after the big game. 

According to People, Cardi B had been in attendance at Levi’s Stadium on February 8, supporting Diggs and later making a surprise appearance during Bad Bunny’s halftime performance, before leaving the event early.

Although Cardi B had wished Diggs “good luck” before kickoff, the lack of public affirmation after the loss, combined with the mutual unfollowing, has amplified online discussion about potential relationship strain. 

Meanwhile, figures in hip-hop culture, including rapper 50 Cent, have weighed in with social media commentary that highlights the broader attention on Diggs’ personal and professional setbacks.

Representatives for Diggs and Cardi B have not confirmed the status of their relationship, which had become public in 2025 and produced a son in November of that year.
