Rebecca Ferguson looked back on her time on set of Mission: Impossible and friendship with lead actor, Tom Cruise.

A House of Dynamite actress joined the franchise in 2015's Rouge Nation, introduced as an undercover MI6 agent who meets Cruise’s Ethan Hunt.

She also appeared in 2018's Fallout and 2023's Dead Reckoning Part One, where he character was killed.

In an interview with the Harper's Bazar UK for her upcoming film Peaky Blinders: Immortal Man, dishing about the Top Gun star she said that he used to come on set with a "purpose."

"He's a boy who just loves playing, and offers up a safe and professional set," the Dune alum said. "Tha's a really good balance [of qualities] to make you want to try new things."

The Swedish artists also noted that she began performing her own stunts after joining the saga.

Ferguson explained that while she was "scared of heights" she motivated herself while thinking "you always have someone to jump in and take over, which means you can push yourself a little bit more."

Explaining her reason to exit from the brand, she told the UnWrapped podcast in 2024, that the project had "a lot of character coming in, not leaving enough space for what she had been."

In addition to that, her contract was also expired, as it was only for three films.

Ferguson will be next seen on screen in Peaky Blinders: Immortal Man which stream on March 20 on Netflix and Dune: Part Three which will release in theatres on December 18.
